The perfection of style

The landmark exhibition featuring the work of fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent made its east coast debut at the VMFA, and the critically acclaimed art museum turned to Elevation to promote the important event.

Elevation built a media plan for the exhibition that not only included programmatic digital (with an emphasis on high impact mobile placements), television and outdoor, but also included statement print pieces in fashion magazines in key target markets outside of Virginia—including New York City.

Our approach to the creative work was inspired by the designer himself: sophisticated and elegant, yet surprisingly bold. The campaign caught the attention of consumers, who flocked to the VMFA in record-breaking numbers.
