In 2007, Elevation created a comprehensive campaign for Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation that was so successful, their two tourism attractions used it for a full decade. So we were thrilled when we were recently invited back for encore performance.
The new campaign we developed creates a flexible platform for promoting both Jamestown Settlement and the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown. It is designed to showcase families taking an active role in history—reflecting a key benefit and brand differentiator that arose from extensive visitor research. In addition, the campaign supports the Foundation’s long-standing position of making history fun for everyone.
While other major historic attractions in the Williamsburg area have suffered visitation decreases over the years, Jamestown Settlement and the new American Revolution Museum at Yorktown have actually increased their attendance, year over year. We are proud to have played a role in supporting their outstanding marketing team.
