Thomas Jefferson’s Poplar Forest

A presidential escape

Thomas Jefferson is perhaps the most iconic American figure. He’s at once a politician, architect, writer and farmer, and his thoughts and works continue to impact our day-to-day lives.

And though Jefferson lived at Monticello, he considered his second home, Poplar Forest, to be the place where he could most be himself. For nearly 30 years, the team at Thomas Jefferson’s Poplar Forest have been working to rescue and restore this grand home, and in 2014 Elevation was tasked with comprehensive marketing duties for the attraction.

Our work includes branding and advertising, as well as special event promotion for this important tourist attraction in Lynchburg, Virginia.
