Digital Media Specialist

Elevation is seeking an analytical, detail-oriented individual with a passion for digital advertising. As a Digital Media Specialist, you will help plan, manage and optimize our clients’ online advertising programs using a wide range of channels and tactics. Hands-on experience with multiple channels and platforms is imperative, especially with Google ad products, Meta, and Google Analytics. You will work together with the Senior Manager, Media and Performance and the rest of the Elevation planning, strategy and creative teams to ensure campaigns are meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing, overseeing and executing paid media campaigns across a variety of clients to increase site traffic, key engagement metrics, and conversions.
  • Working closely with the strategy, creative and account teams to ideate, launch and track client campaigns and tests to optimize the funnel from impression through conversion.
  • Managing the paid campaign setup, deployment, optimizations, testing, and reporting, including measurement and tracking to performance metrics and return on ad spend.
  • Serving as a champion for A/B tests around channel, creative messaging, and landing page performance.
  • Coordinating the digital media specifications between creative teams and publishers.
  • Analyzing data using Tableau and Google Analytics to make informed decisions on channels, bids, ads, targeting and landing page performance.
  • Researching and sharing knowledge of the competitive landscape and emerging channels among clients and colleagues.
  • Conducting competitive analysis, preparing reports on findings, and sharing the results with others.
  • Providing other digital support as needed to support client goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of experience executing and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels with a proven ability to maximize results.
  • Experience with Google ad products (display, YouTube, and search), Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel and/or Google Sheets (including pivot tables).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Leverage data to make intelligent, actionable business decisions.
  • Hard-working, creative and eager to learn and expand knowledge of performance marketing.
  • Collaborative, team player that possesses good time-management skills.
  • Experience using or building dashboards in Tableau or Data Studio is a plus.
  • Experience with Campaign Manager 360, Choozle, StackAdapt, Shape.io, and other social or programmatic self-service platforms is a plus.
